P.A.D.D.S.
Poultry/Avian Depopulation & Decontamination Solution
The Poultry Decontamination product is a remediation, Depopulation and elimination Solution for poultry that may be suspected of carrying the H5N1 Avian Influenza Virus. P.A.D.D.S. is an all synthetic foaming product designed to not only depopulate the suspected poultry, but to provide a Decontamination Solution as well. When batch mixed at a 50/50 ratio this product produces a Decontamination & Depopulation Solution to neutralize and depopulate poultry houses humanely and in less time than the current method.
Recommended Application
P.A.D.D.S. is recommended for use in a wide variety of foam application devices. Examples are: foam chambers, forcing foam makers, high expansion generators and aspirating foam nozzles. In addition, practical applications have been demonstrated in a number of discharge devices, such as non-aspirating sprinklers, water spray nozzles, and water/fog nozzles.
P.A.D.D.S. was designed to combat the H5N1 Avian Influenza Virus. U.S. FoamÕs P.A.D.D.S. formula can be deployed as a foam, liquid spray, or fog.
Mixing Instructions- Simply add the 2.5 gallons of part 1 to the open head pail which contains part 2. Stir briefly, and P.A.D.D.S. is ready for use.

Solution Stability: Solutions of U.S. Foam P.A.D.D.S. do not present "transit time" limitations through hand lines or in fixed systems.
When left separate, P.A.D.D.S. has a 10 year shelf life. Once mixed, the P.A.D.D.S. product will be effective for discharge for a total of 8 hrs.
Environmental Impact
U.S. Foam concentrates undergo a program of ongoing testing to assess the impact of U.S. Foam products on the natural environment. U.S. Foam products are low in toxicity to tested aquatic organisms. (Toxicity information is available from Product Environmental Data sheets, Material Safety Data sheets and Toxicity Summary sheets for individual products.
Aquatic life is not adversely affected when U.S. Foam products are used and disposed of properly. U.S. Foam products can be successfully treated in biological waste water treatment systems. (Request Product Environmental Data sheets and Disposal Recommendations from your U.S. Foam Technologies, Inc. representative.)
Storage
P.A.D.D.S. may be stored in its shipping container without change in its original physical or chemical characteristics. It does not show significant sedimentation or precipitation in storage or after temperature cycling. Freezing and thawing have no effect on performance and the concentrate proportions satisfactorily in ordinary equipment at temperatures above 32F.
Freeze- thaw cycling may cause slight stratification which may be overcome with moderate agitation. Annual inspection as prescribed in NFPA11 is recommended.
Packaging
All U.S. Foam Technologies, Inc. products are available in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums or 275 gallon Totes. Each container is furnished with a like size container which is part 2 of 2 containers.
